1998 Viper GTS. super clean. makes 600hp at the wheel and about 620 tq. If you wanted a more aggressive tune this setups can exceed 700 wheel quickly.
Runs flawlessly, never over heats. car is very clean. shifts perfect, clutch feels new. this is the real deal. The 98 came with forged pistons from the factory. this car is very reliable.
modifications are as follows:
The very valuable and no longer available Roe roots type blower
Roe VEC2 for quick 5 second tune changes
mas air flow
ported intake
blower cam- very subtle, sounds mean
upgraded push rods
upgraded rockers
full exhaust -headers to Borla.
Centerforce clutch
800hp rear half shaft axles,
msd fuel booster
Four pt Roe roll cage with harnesses belts, the harnesses are tucked behind and under the seat. I use the stock seat-belts.
full fire restraint system in engine bay
new battery, hard wired trickle charger, just plug it in while not driving.
Michelin pilots all around.
